Rolando brings more than 20 years of experience of working in global companies and industries such as oil & gas, automotive, aerospace, military, marine, electrical and industrial.
His experience as Global Senior Director at Dril-Quip Inc, Wood Group PLC, Weatherford Int. Littelfuse Inc, Tyco and various top leader positions enable him to bring unique expertise to ROLTO Quality Solutions LLC.
Rolando holds a BS in Industrial Design, master’s in engineering (Quality & Productivity) & Master in Six Sigma.
His vast expertise in Business Strategy, Quality and Operational Excellence, enable Rolando to be even more influential and move into this very competitive market, where he proved pivotal in laying the foundation for the creation of ROLTO Quality Solutions LLC.

Thomas E. Callinan
In the past 40 years Tom held a key management position in many Global Organizations overseeing and managing hundreds of quality professionals (Aerospace, NASA, Oil & Gas, Military, Electronics, Industrial and Manufacturing).
He has certified five companies from scratch and lead many others to become compliant before later being certified.
Tom had the privilege of working with Astronauts from designing the Space Shuttle cockpit upgrade to analyzing and creating the FMEAs in the successful 2 year Return-to-Flight Program after the loss of the Columbia.
His vast diverse experience in Electronics, Manufacturing, Quality, Certifications, Safety, Mission Assurance, Flight Readiness Reviews, Training, Management, Reliability and Risk Management enables Tom to be a leader in this very competitive market.
His real life experience and awards proves he is a great asset in serving the many diverse clients for ROLTO QS LLC.
